The night marks the beginning of a revived interest between Ye Guang and Xu Qi Zhang. Ye, who’s always admired Xu’s warmth and kindness, is left surprised upon learning of Xu’s identity as the lead singer of the school’s rock band. Meanwhile, even though Ray is repeatedly rejected by his boyfriend time and again, he is nevertheless still reluctant to give up on their relationship believing that there’s still a chance for them. And it is not until this one final date that he’s left completely heartbroken and shattered, only to be witnessed by the cafe’s clerk, Jian the whole time.
