There is no other word to describe the picture. Jedi is in massive trouble because the culprit threatens to blackmail him and the company. Typhoon might get roped in and might be forced to resign as well. Ray feels extremely guilty for causing a lot of trouble for Jedi, so he decides to walk away from the relationship.
